Luck > Skill?

Okay, after my constant wins for a solid 3k I felt invincible. Just stealing pots and winning the big ones. I guess though that skill can only do so much. Luck is a major factor and he will kick your ass heads-up anyday. Also with bad luck there comes tilt and this is a major factor that no one competitive can completely overcome. So all you can do it take a break suck it up and deal with it like a man.. or woman.. whatever.


So after I lost like 3k in 5 days I took a rest for about 2-3 days and started to play again some small tournies and watching poker on tv. It really motivates you so that you can concentraite. I think somewhere inbetween the back luck and the tilt I forgot how to play poker. My battle really isn't against other people it's against myself. Well I started playing two days ago and remembered one key thing: Wtf do I think they have. This term dominates everything else. What do I have is almost last in terms of thought process. Well I found myself again and raped the 200nl longhanded tables. :) Also stay away from people who are good dummy.
