I haven't been writng much lately since I've been at the carribean. It was fuckinnn sweet though thanks for asking. Topless beaches and getting drunk every night. What more can a single guy ask for haha.

Before I left for the carribean I started up 400nl. I was reading them very well since everytime I go up limits I start playing 1 short handed table. It was like taking money from a lot of babies.

While of vacation I was thinking that I should start playing poker more and to play some tournaments as well. I was a little rusty but got the hang of it quickly. Last night I decided to follow through and play a tournie.


Right away I doubled up when I was telling myself that I wouldn't get into a big pot without a good hand. Even though I was saying that I called in the sb with k9 against a min raise from the guy 1 away form the button. I hit mid pair with my 9 and bet. He reraised me pretty big but I called. Lol I dunno wtf i was thinking if he actually had it but.. you have to just go with your instinct. On the turn a king showed and he goes all in. I call immediately and he only had 2 over cards. After winning some pots here and there I got up to 13k and wasn't getting anything so I was back down to about 8.5 and was delt a8 on the bb with 2 all ins later position and I decided to call. a3 vs like 77 vs a8 and I hit an 8... lol tripled up. I was kind of on tilt at this point since I lost what i won the previous day. Usually I don't go on tilt like that so I dunno wtf i was doing. I think I just dind't care about 77 dollars after losing 800 haha. After I tripled up I was looking in great shape. I stole blind after blind and was up to 50k (Uhhhh) So with 125k in chips we were moved to the final table. I wanted to figure out how people were playing early so with me on the button and the other chip leader in the bb I decided to raise. He raises half his stack to my 3.5k raise so I obviously fold. Next time around I decide to do it again and it worked. I started stealing more blinds as the table tightened up and was raising from everywhere early late and was getting folded to while on the bb. After winning the last 5 hands (haha) I raised with AQs under the gun. The chip leader immediately goes all in 2 away from me and everyone folds back to me. I thought and thought but went with my instinct and called, pretty much 120k more to my like 6k raise. He shows 82 vs my aq suited and I'm like FUCK YES flop are all blanks then the turn is the 8... I was like YEEEENNOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. Luckily you already know I came in first and I hit my runner runner flush on the river. Thank god for AQ SUITED. After that it was domination like my frist tournament I won. No one can play against you since they all want to make the money... greedy bastards. with 5 people left I had 10 q and raised it up like usual. 2 callers. K J X flop. Mr. Big blind raises it up to like 2/5 the pot and i immediately go all in. With about 70 in the pot and he has 40k more he tells me he tells me he is folding top pair because he thinks I have it and he has a bad kicker. Lol I was thinking to myself. Why the hell would you call preflop and fold TOP pair with blinds that high. Oh well haha. I take everyone else out and the last person has about 100k and I have 800k... I took him out in like 10 hands... it was easy as pie.
